Laser Hair Removal In New Jersey: After waxing your upper lip, does it grow back with that "natural look" or like hair when you shave your legs?

I am a brunette (female), and unfortunately have noticeable upper lip hair (how embarrassing!!!). I have heard of horror stories of laser hair removal, including Laser Hair Removal In New Jersey permanent scarring and it not working very well. People claim that if you wax your upper lip, the hair will grow back Laser Hair Removal In New Jersey exactly the way it looked before it was waxed (hair follicle with a natural "pointed"look), and NOT stubbly or obvious (flat ended follicle), like when you shave your legs. Is this true? If I were to try waxing my upper lip once, and decided to never do it again, would the hair grow back how it looked before, or would it be totally obvious what I had done? If there is someone who is in the same boat as me, I'd really appreciate your opinion!

Answer:I have been waxing since I was about 17 (eyebrows) and Laser Hair Removal In New Jersey now I am in beauty school. I am kind of a nerd (I do extra research all the time at home) about everything so here is everything I know about it. The reason the hair on your legs has that "obvious" look is because when you have it you are cutting that hair in a Laser Hair Removal In New Jersey blunt line. This makes it Laser Hair Removal In New Jersey more itchy, noticable and sometimes darker looking. When you wax you completely remove that hair from the root. Thus, when a new hair grows back it is growing just like any other hair is, without a blunt end. So it will grow back just as it looks now. Also, with continued waxing you will start seeing less hair because you are damaging that follicle. It is good to get on a 6 week routine for waxing. Hair grows in different"phases" or "cycles" so when you first wax you will see quite Laser Hair Removal In New Jersey a few hairs spring up in a few days. That is because they were just beneath the skin Laser Hair Removal In New Jersey almost ready to come out. If you can stand to not tweeze them that is the best method...because getting all those hairs in the same phase at the same time will leave you totally smooth in between visits eventually. I have found waxing Laser Hair Removal In New Jersey to be an effective and affordable way of getting rid of those annoying hairs. Hope this helps!

Answer:Luckily I'm a blonde, but I have lots of brunette friends with the same problem as you. When your upper lip hair grows back, it looks completely natural. Although, the longer you have been waxing it, the thinner it grows back like most other hair on your body. I have waxed mine once, and the only thing I Laser Hair Removal In New Jersey noticed was when it was in the stubbly stage of growing back it felt funny if I touched it, but that's all. So wax away, it will only make your hair thinner and less noticeable!
